All local non-profit organizations and businesses are invited to participate in this year’s Community Day. Booths are awarded on a first come, first assigned basis, so get your registration form in now for the best locations.
If you need electricity or special conditions, please list these in the Comments section on your registration form.
There are different forms for businesses and non-profit organizations, but both groups need to fill out the Warren County Health Department forms if they are including food items in their booths.

There are three different levels of participation for Community Day:
Program Ad ONLY
Fill out this form, which automatically sends your ad request to the Township. Payment instructions are listed on the form. This registration does not include a booth.
Fill out this form, which automatically sends your registration to the Township. There is an ad purchase requirement for a 10′ x 10′ Business Vendor for this special event.
You must purchase a minimum of a business card ad ($25) to have a booth in 2023.
Fill out this form, which automatically sends your registration to the Township. There is no fee associated with your booth. This is for Scouts, Church Groups and other non-profit entities.
