1946 - The squad is organized.
1959 - The squad is incorporated.
1963 - The present squad building on North Main Street was built.
1973 - An addition is added on land donated by Mr. and Mrs. Willard Rinehart.
1993 - The squad had the first Automatic External Defibulation save in Warren County.
1994 - The squad was awarded by the New Jersey state police for their rescue efforts during an ice storm on January 16th,
1994 which shut down route 78. Squad members rescued stranded motorists using snowmobiles, and provided medical care, shelter, and food for victims. - During the floods in Bound Brook due to Hurricane Floyd, the squad provided ambulances for rescue.
2000 - The squad was awarded Rescue of the Year by Hurst Corporation for the extrication of a victim trapped in a car beneath a rolled over dump truck.
2001 - Starting on September 11th, 2001, the Greenwich Squad provided ambulances and crews to assist in the recovery efforts at the World Trade Center disaster. - The squad was asked by the first aid squad council to standby for a possible deployment during Hurricane Katrina.
2006 - The formation of the South Regional Rescue Task Force Team was initiated. The team consists of members from Bloomsbury, Franklin, Greenwich, and Phillipsburg. - During July 2006, the Greenwich Township Emergency Squad becomes the first rescue squad in Warren County to carry and be trained in the use of epinephrine.
