for his near-decade of service on the Township’s Environmental

Is Committeeman Jim Adams (right) who made the public presentation during the January 21st, 2010 regular meeting of the Township Committee. Mr. Black will continue his volunteer service to the community by serving on the township’s Planning Board and Board of Adjustment.
