The Government in Greenwich Township is run by a five person Township Committee. Each Committee member is elected by the residents. The Township Committee then appoints a Mayor for each year. Each committee member oversees different areas of the community. Together, they work towards making Greenwich Township the best it can be. |

Joe and his wife Cathy have one daughter, Zoe. They moved to Greenwich in 2006, drawn to its rural character and natural beauty and are proud to be residents of Greenwich!
In addition to practicing law full time, Joe is also an associate professor at Raritan Valley Community College, recent appointee to the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee, trained and qualified mediator, and a volunteer judge for local high school moot court competitions. In January 2008, Elaine was appointed Mayor for Greenwich Township by her fellow members of the governing body and has served the residents of Greenwich Township as an elected official since 2002. A long standing member of the Republican Party and is Chair of the Greenwich Township Republican County Committee. Currently serves at the pleasure of the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholder as the At- Large Representative to the Warren County Municipal & Charitable Conservancy Trust Committee and has recently been elected Chairwoman for the second time in four years. Also serves on Greenwich Township Planning Board, Open Space Committee, Capital Projects Committee, Board of Health and Community Day Committee. As an activist for Scenic & Historical By Ways of Western New Jersey, she continues to support efforts to preserve the scenic vistas along the Route I- 78 corridor and tributary roads in Greenwich Township as well as other adjacent towns in Warren, Hunterdon, and Somerset Counties.
Currently is the Vice President of Administration in the family owned & operated business of 54 years, Emiliani Enterprises (professional beauty supply distributor) in Union County, NJ. Elaine & Dom are married for 28 years with two children, Jim (23) and Nanci (21) both now working in the family business. The Emiliani Family has resided in Stewartsville since March of 1988.

Tanya and her husband Jerry have 5 children: Jennifer, Alexis, David, Kristen, and Matthew, plus 3 grandchildren: Luke, Lily and Norah Elizabeth.
They moved to Greenwich Township 16 years ago and have been actively involved in the Community for the last 11 years. Tanya is the Board President for Greenwich Chase Homeowners Association and has been a member of the Warren County Republican Committee for several years. She is passionate about keeping Greenwich “Green and Affordable”. |

Tom has been a resident of Greenwich Township since 1997, with his wife Josette and three children, TJ, Sophia, and Elizabeth. He is the Director of Logistics for an international pharmaceutical company located in Bethlehem, PA. He has been the Greenwich Township deputy emergency management coordinator for the past 11 years, a member of the school safety committee, member of the neighborhood watch team, and a CERT member. He has also coached multiple sports and coordinated the volunteer help for Community Day.
